I began the awakening process in high school and since then I have committed my life to learning and healing often finding myself on the cutting edge of healing. It is a wonderful exploration that I offer to support others to discover their authentic selves. My formal education is in social work and since then I have trained for decades in various wellness modalities.

I engage in ongoing practice and training with Society of Souls. I have completed the Impersonal Movement training, the Magi teacher training ( Non Dual Conflict Resolution), Work of Return, Non Dual Shaman training, Brenda Blessings Intimacy and Relationship training and Advanced Healing Review.

My commitment is to be a kind, healing presence to support others in their awakening process. I invite you to discover and answer your deepest calling as you awaken to your authentic self. I guide you to embody and live your day-to-day life in an integrated and authentic way. This way of working with the non-dual allows you to wake up to all that you are.

In my own life I have experienced personal relationships blossom and transform through meditation, mindfulness, and non-dual healing. This fuels my passion to help others succeed in aligning their souls with their personal journey of healing and awakening. As a highly sensitive empathic healer, I work in partnership with you towards the full expression of your potential. I specialize in guiding people who want to reduce their level of anxiety and learn coping skills, those who desire to embrace their authentic nature, as well as people living with chronic illness and cancer, anxiety, grief and all of life’s challenges.

I create an individualized session with you. This re-connection of mind, body, and soul is the essence of healing. It is a process that reaches deeply into your being.
