“Anxiety is a fundamental part of our nature. Whether its origins come from trauma, genetic inheritance, or existential concerns, it is something we are always trying to heal. These days there are more and more cognitive and psychological ways to work with our anxiety but in our time together, we are going to discuss some of the ways the nondual perspective can help us not only reduce our anxiety but help us see how these usually unwelcome friends can be turned into allies who can guide us to deeper spiritual realization. Please join us for a day of exploration.”
