The Nondual Process- Going Deeper

An important part of the Nondual Process is reading the 38 Phrases, a kind of poem that has a unique resonance and way of helping people alter their relationship with conflict. In this discussion class we will focus on some of the Phrases and go deeper into their possible meanings and effects on us and our world.

For example: “Do not make plans and do not let plans make you” is the fifth phrase and it may elicit very different yet often similar responses from class participants. We know that of course we need to make plans to live in our world and that we also can get caught up in the making and forget to breathe and live our lives.

This class is for people who have already taken Nondual (Dynamic) Process for Conflict Resolution.

This class is deeply and reliably rooted in the Nondual Process for Conflict Resolution  (new book) work as developed by Jason Shulman and The Foundation for Nonduality.

This is a FREE class. We gladly accept donations and they all go to the work of the Center for Illumination.

This class will be online. A ZOOM link will be provided upon registration. The class is limited to 10 participants.
