People playing in a sandbox

Yikes! A Really Baaaaad 1st Effort At Using ChatGPT Image-Generation!

Dear Friends –

A few days ago I was sharing with an NKH colleague a post from Otto Scharmer at the Presencing Institute at MIT, whose work I have been following since 2020. Scharmer, originator of the wildly nondual U Theory (https://www.u-school.org/offerings/introTU) shared the following “key learnings” from twenty years of work:

  • the future of global is local
  • the future of online and digital is offline and embodied
  • what’s most systemic is most personal

These three learnings Scharmer cites are a pretty thorough summary of what I hear and sense among my friends and colleagues. The personal nature of the systemic and the systemic nature of the personal have been my lived experience for a bunch of years around gender and race.

I realize how much I am missing playmates in this sandbox!

I’m looking for folks who think about and or labor or play in the field of how groups and organizations and social systems work, how change works.

I’m looking for folks who are responding to the too-numerous-to-count local to global cataclysms with an itch to explore, share resources and models of system change, bruises, learning, and whole-making conversations on how we do the day to day, how we do the long-term to shape and nurture the world we want to live in, and how our NKH diagnostic process and practices contribute.

If you are interested in participating in a one-time conversation or shaping an ongoing exploration, drop me an email and share whatever it is that lights up in you around this, and what you’d want to receive from and offer into this eclectic mix.

Look forward to connecting with some playmates!
